You do not need to return faulty products to us. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for Change of Mind returns that have been opened or used. If your product is unopened and unused, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis and are based on the type of product returned, the original amount paid and the condition of the product upon delivery to us.
