We cannot process a refund until our office staff have received the returned item and approved a refund.
You must provide proof of purchase. This can include: a photo of the received item and/or package, or a screenshot of your digital receipt.
If your product is faulty, you must send us a photo or video showing the fault to access a full refund. Alternatively to a refund, you may be entitled to a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return faulty products to us.
For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for Change of Mind returns that have been opened or used. If your product is unopened and unused, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
