I am more than happy to work with you if there is a problem. If no contact has been made within 3 days and payment has not been received an unpaid item case will be finalised.

    Postage Terms I am happy to register/insure mail however, this is an additional cost borne by the buyer. If your package does not arrive, I am more than happy to assist in tracking it down through Australia Post, however, I do not refund or replace items that do not arrive. I highly recommend insurance. Please contact me for a quote if you require insurance or for the mail to be registered - I only charge the actual cost for these services per Australia Post.
